Winemaking
The grapes, harvested at their optimal ripeness, are destemmed and undergo pre-fermentation maceration at 10°C to enhance aromatic complexity. Fermentation and maceration last 14 days at a temperature not exceeding 25°C to accentuate the wine's varietal characteristics. After malolactic fermentation, the wine ages for 18 months in French and American oak barrels in a climate-controlled cellar, developing its full character and roundness.
Clarification and filtration before bottling, followed by aging for a minimum of 3 months in the bottle to round out and maintain the bouquet and characteristics of this wine, in a climate-controlled warehouse between 15 - 18 ºC.
