Recommendations

We recommend consuming this aged wine within ten years of its harvest, with the optimal serving temperature being between 16-18°C.

Vineyards

The harvest takes place at the end of September and the bunches are transported in 1,500 kg containers. After careful destemming, fermentation is carried out with natural yeasts in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 24 and 27°C.
For our Ancestral wine, every detail is carefully managed, from budbreak to harvest. Our vineyards are at least 30 years old. The grapes are harvested in 200 kg crates and undergo rigorous selection upon arrival at the winery.

Elaboration

The Monastrell is aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels before being released. This red wine stands out for its smooth, fruity profile and is an excellent representation of the winery's style of light and elegant wines.
