Service Description
Celebrate weddings, anniversaries, or corporate meetings at our century-old winery. We offer a unique setting in the center of three wine-producing regions, with customized options for each event.
Cancellation Policy
1. CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER: Cancellation more than 48 hours in advance: If you cancel your booking more than 48 hours before the experience date, you will be entitled to a full refund. Cancellation less than 48 hours in advance: No refunds will be offered for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the experience date. 2. CHANGES OR MODIFICATIONS BY THE CUSTOMER: Date change: Customers can change the date of their experience at no additional cost, provided they request it more than 48 hours in advance of the original experience date and subject to availability. Change in the number of participants: Customers can change the number of participants in their booking. If the change results in a larger number of participants, the difference will be charged. If the change reduces the number of participants, the cancellation policy applicable to the canceled places will apply. 3. CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION BY THE COMPANY: Cancellation by the company: We reserve the right to cancel any experience due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure. In such cases, customers will be offered the option to reschedule the experience or receive a full refund. Modifications by the company: We reserve the right to make minor changes to the experience for operational or quality reasons. In the event of significant changes that affect the nature of the experience, customers will have the right to cancel with a full refund or accept the changes with possible compensation. 4. REFUND PROCESS: Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original booking. The estimated time for receiving the refund may vary depending on the payment service provider, but it will generally be completed within 14 business days of cancellation confirmation. 5. SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS: We understand that exceptional situations (such as medical emergencies or unforeseen travel restrictions) may arise that prevent participation in the experience as planned. In such cases, we encourage clients to contact us as soon as possible to discuss potential alternative solutions. 6.
